Digital Product Policy
All guides and workbooks are delivered as PDF files via immediate digital download. Because the product is accessible in full immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products.
Technical Issues
If your download link doesn’t work, your file is corrupted, or you experience any technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@motivatingyourmindset.com with your order confirmation number. We will resolve all technical issues promptly - either by sending a working link or in the case of a verified technical failure, issuing a full refund.
Incorrect Purchase
If you believed you purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to find a fair resolution where possible, though we cannot guarantee exchanges due to the digital nature of the products.
