About the Framework
-
The RESET Method is a five-stage framework for moving from an unconscious pattern to a conscious, integrated response. The five-stages are Recognize, Explore, Shit, Embody, and Transform. It was designed to be applied to any block, belief, or behavior pattern - including manifestation blocks, shadow patterns, inner child wounds, and inherited generational responses. It’s the foundation of every guide and workbook in the collection.
-
No. The Motivating Your Mindset framework is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral research. No belief system is required, and no esoteric knowledge is assumed. The guides are designed to be equally accessible to someone with a deeply spiritual orientation and someone who identifies as entirely secular. The work meets you wherever you are.
-
Most self-help operates at the level of behavior and mindset, it tells you what to do and how to think. The RESET Method operates at the level of the pattern that’s generating the behavior. The difference is significant: you can change a behavior consciously while the underlying pattern continues to drive new versions of the same problem. This framework addresses the pattern first, which is why the results tend to be more durable.
-
No. Each guide is self-contained and explains the relevant psychological framework before asking you to apply it. Whether you’ve been in therapy for years or this is your first introduction to this kind of work, the guides are designed to be accessible and immediately applicable.
The Guides
-
Start with whatever most closely describes where you are right now. If you’ve been trying to create a different life and something keep blocking it, start with Manifest Into Alignment. If you’re aware of behavioral patterns you can’t seem to stop, start with Shadow Work. If you sense that your wounds come from early childhood, start with the Inner Child Healing. If you recognize your parents’ patterns playing out in your life, start with Generational Healing. All four paths lead to the same place, they just enter through different doors.
-
Yes - and for many people, the guides work particularly well alongside therapy. They can give you language and frameworks to bring into your sessions, and they provide structured self-inquiry between appointments. These guides are self-education and self-development tools, not therapy. They should not replace professional mental health support, but they complement it well.
-
The four guides are designed to work as an integrated ecosystem - the RESET Method runs through all of them, and many of the patterns addressed in one guide connect to material in the others. If you’re committed to doing this work seriously, the bundle offers the most complete and cohesive experience. If you want to test the framework first, start with one guide and add others as you go. All four are available individually.
-
There’s no prescribed timeline. Some people work through a guide in a few weeks; others return to sections over months. These are not linear programs, they’re designed to be revisited. The first pass through a guide reveals what’s at the surface. The second finds what’s underneath. Many readers report that sections that seemed complete look entirely different when they return to them months later. There is no rush and no deadline.
The Process
-
This is the normal part of this kind of work and often a sign that the material is reaching something real. Each guide includes a regulation toolkit and specific guidance on what to do if the material feels overwhelming. The fundamental guideline is: move at the pace your nervous system can tolerate. If material feels like too much, pause. Use the grounding practices in the guide. Reach out to a trusted person. Seek professional support if you need it. There is no shame in pacing yourself.
-
This is expected, not a sign a failure. Established behavioral patterns don’t dissolve, they become less dominant as new ones are built alongside them. Returning to an old pattern under stress is neurology, not weakness. The practice is in noticing it and returning to your intention without extended self-criticism. Self-compassion research (Neff) consistently shows that self-critical responses to relapse reinforce the pattern while gentle acknowledgment and return is what actually supports change.
-
No. You’re an adult. Skip what doesn't resonate and return to what calls you. Go at your own pace. The guides are designed to give you everything you might need and you’re not required to use all of it. Trust yourself to know what you’re ready for.
