Have you ever caught yourself in the middle of a pattern, a relationship dynamic, a self-sabotage choice, or a familiar spiral and thought, “I know exactly what I’m doing, why can’t I stop?” You are not alone. There is actually a reason this keeps happening and it has nothing to with your intelligence, your willpower or how much you want things to be different.
The patterns you’re repeating right now, in your relationships, your finances, your self-worth, or your ceilings weren’t chosen by you, they were built by you. By a younger version of you, responding intelligently to circumstances that felt threatening, confusing or unsafe. They are adaptations not character flaws. Your nervous system learned early: this is how things go, this is what’s normal, or this is how I survive, and its been quietly running that program ever since, even long after the original circumstances changed.
Most of these patterns operate below conscious awareness. Your rational mind can see them clearly and still not be able to stop them, because they are encoded in the body, the nervous system, and the parts of you that respond before awareness catches up.
-
Early emotional experiences are encoded in implicit memory which is stored in the nervous system itself rather than in conscious thought. That means the pattern running your relationships, your money story, or your tendency to self-sabotage right before a breakthrough isn’t stored as a narrative you can simply rewrite but rather its stored as an automatic physiological response.
This is why you can know a pattern, name a pattern, talk about a pattern in therapy for years and still find yourself back inside it the moment you’re stressed, triggered, or emotionally activated. Understanding alone doesn’t update the pattern but understanding is always where it starts because once you can see the pattern clearly, where it cam from, what need it was originally serving, what it’s costing you now, something shifts. Not overnight but the grip begins to loosen.
-
Most of the cycles people most want to break fall into three categories:
Shadow Patterns: the parts of yourself you learned weren’t safe to show, the feelings you suppressed, or the needs you hid. They didn’t disappear, they went underground and from there, they’ve been quietly running your choices, your reactions, and your ceiling ever since.
Wound Patterns: unmet needs from childhood that are still looking to be met in your adult life. Attachment wounds or core beliefs formed in pain. The relational templates you absorbed before you had the language to question them.
Inherited Patterns: the scripts you didn’t write. Beliefs about money, love, worth, and safety that were handed down through your family through what you witnessed, what was explicitly taught, what was absorbed in the unspoken emotional climate of your home, and in some cases through your biology itself.
The complicated thing about this is most people are running at least one pattern from each category and they compound each other. The shadow pattern that keeps you small is often fed by an inherited belief that staying small keeps you safe, reinforced by early wounds around what happened when you took up space. Once you can see all three together, that’s when the real clarity arrives.
-
This isn’t a list of personality types or a quiz that gives you a label and sends you on your way, it is a self-guided workbook that was built around the RESET Method, that walks you through a genuine process of identification, tracing, and honest inquiry. The kind of looking-at-yourself that most people avoid because it is uncomfortable and that uncomfortability can be the beginning of change. Inside you’ll work through:
The neuroscience of how patterns form: why you can’t just “decide” to stop a pattern, and what actually does work
The six Shadow Patterns: including the one that might be the most expensive thing you carry
The five Wound Patterns: the core beliefs each one created that are silently shaping your adult relationships and choices
The six Inherited Patterns: including how epigenetics means some of what you’re carrying may have been encoded before you were even born
A step-by-step process for each pattern: not just identification, but tracing it to its origin and seeing what it’s currently costing you
A synthesis exercise: to discover the single thread connecting all three of your patterns, and the core belief underneath them all
-
This guide+workbook is for you if:
You keep repeating a pattern in relationships, money, or self-worth, and you can’t figure out why
You’ve done the mindset work or therapy but feel like something deeper is still running the show
You suspect your struggles aren’t entirely your own, that some of what you carry came from your family, your history, or your lineage
You’re ready to look honestly at what’s actually happening beneath the surface, not to shame yourself but to finally see clearly
You want a real starting point, not a surface-level quiz
-
One of the most powerful moments in this workbook is the synthesis page at the end, where you lay all three of your patterns side by side for the first time. Most people find that their shadow pattern, their wound pattern, and their inherited pattern aren’t three separate problems but rather three expressions oof the same underlying belief.
The shadow pattern that makes you shrink. The wound pattern that says you’re not safe to be seen. The inherited message that people like you stay quiet. Same belief, three faces.
When you can see that thread, the single belief running beneath all three patterns, the whole picture snaps into focus in a way it never has before. That clarity is what makes real change possible.
-
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start and you don’t need to have done years of therapy or read every self-help book on the shelf. You just need to be willing to look honestly at yourself.
The Pattern Inventory gives you the structure to stop circling the same terrain and actually name what’s running your life, where it came from and what it’s costing you. Right now, it’s completely free.

Quantum Mechanics, The Subconscious Mind and the Universal Laws
A Comprehensive, Beginner-Friendly Guide Covering All Three Domains & How They Connect

Something that blew my mind when I first came across it: Scientists have discovered that up to 95% of your daily thoughts, decisions and behaviors are driven by your subconscious mind, not your conscious intentions, goals or your affirmations. Your subconscious. That means the part of you that’s setting intentions and trying to stay motivated is only running about 5% of the show. The other 95% is quietly operating in the background swapped by beliefs you formed before you were old enough to critically evaluate them, motional patterns you’ve been running on autopilot for years, and a deeply ingrained picture of what’s “normal” or “possible” for someone like you. Here’s the kicker: your outer world tends to mirror your inner world. Not as magic or wishful thinking, but through completely real, well-understood mechanisms like your attention, your behavior, your choices and the way that you interpret everything that happens to you. This isn’t just psychology, it’s physics too.
-
Quantum Mechanics is the branch of physics that studies the tiniest particles in the universe and has uncovered some genuinely strange and beautiful things about reality. Things like:
Particles don’t have fixed state until they’re observed. Before measurement, they exist as a wave of possibilities. The act of looking collapses all those possibilities into one definite outcome.
Two particles can become entangled or so deeply connected that what happened to one instantly affects the other, no matter how far apart they are. Einstein called it “spooky action at a distance.” Scientists have confirmed it’s real.
The universe, at its most fundamental level, is not made of solid stuff. It’s made of vibrating fields of energy and probablity that is far more fluid, responsive and interconnected than the solid, mechanical world we think we’re living in.
Now here’s where it gets interesting. Ancient wisdom traditions (from Hermetic philosophy to Vedic teachings to Indigenous cosmologies) have been describing a remarkably similar picture for thousands of years. A universe that is alive and responsive, a reality that is shaped by consciousness and an inner world that corresponds to the outer. Science and ancient wisdom are starting to rhyme.
-
Everything. If your subconscious beliefs are shaping your perception of reality and reality itself is far more fluid and participatory that we were taught, then the most practical and powerful thing you can do isn’t to grind harder or think more positively. It’s to understand the system you’re operating within and learn how to work with it instead of against it.

A Beginner’s Guide to Quantum Mechanics, the Subconscious Mind & Universal Laws, and how they all work together is a clear, readable, genuinely fascinating guide that bridges the gap between cutting edge science, psychology and the timeless wisdom traditions that has been written for someone who is curious. Inside you’ll discover:
What quantum physics actually says about the nature of reality, in plain English, with real world analogies
How your subconscious mind was programmed and why its been quietly running the show without your permission
The Seven Hermetic Principles: ancient universal laws that ancient philosophers described thousands of years ago, and what modern science says about them now
Why the Law of Attraction is both real, misunderstood and what the research actually supports
How quantum mechanics, your subconscious and universal laws connect into one coherent picture of how reality works
A practical five-step framework for actually applying all of this to your life, not as therapy but as a genuine shift in how you operate
-
One of my favorite ideas from the guide: most of us were taught that the universe is a giant machine, solid, fixed, objective and indifferent to us. We’re just passengers in it, doing our best to navigate the circumstances we find ourselves in. But quantum physics tells a different story and ancient wisdom tells the same different story in different words. The universe isn’t a machine, it’s more like a field, vast, interconnected and deeply responsive. You are not a passenger in it, you are the driver. Your inner world, your beliefs, your emotional baseline, your subconscious patterns isn’t just a reflection of your experience it is actively shaping it. Understanding that changes the whole game.
